Direct Cooling was absolutely wonderful to work with. They answered all my calls, followed up with the proposal, came out and did the work when they said they would and there were no hidden charges. Frank, Robert and the other 2 installers were super nice, very informative. They even cleaned up before they left. I can't say enough positive things about this experience. If you need your AC replaced or repaired I highly suggest giving them a call. You won't be sorry you did.
