Direct Cooling
Florida Certified Air Conditioning Contractor, license CAC1819111
Direct Cooling is the family-run HVAC company in Boca Raton that writes the guides on this site. The guides come from the same team that answers the dispatch line and does the work.
Who Writes These Guides
Frank Rey founded Direct Cooling in 2017 after 20+ years working in HVAC. The company is registered in Florida as Direct Cooling LLC and works from Boca Commerce Park at 10058 Spanish Isles Blvd, Boca Raton.
The state license behind every job is CAC1819111, a Certified Air Conditioning Contractor license issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Frank is its qualifying contractor, and the license is current and active through August 31, 2028.
Every guide on this site lists the public sources it relies on, with the date each was read, and shows the date the guide was last updated. Owner Francisco "Frank" Rey is the licensed qualifier behind the company's work.
