What Our Customers Say

The owner Frank was extremely helpful and professional to work with. He went over our options for a new A/C mini split installation and his team did a great job on the install. I would highly recommend them!

Thank you Frank and team! Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. They cleaned our AC unit, repaired damaged ductwork, and improved the airflow throughout the house immediately. Ira in the office was super friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Ricki and team were courteous, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Simultaneously when they were working I had painters at the house and they were hyper aware of trying not to hit the walls and doors, etc. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right. We are beyond happy with the results and would recommend them without hesitation!

We had a wonderful experience with Direct Cooling. We called and were able to get a scheduled estimate quickly. The owner Frank was really nice. He came out and provided us with a detailed explanation about the unit and a very good price. His team did a great job installing a mini split unit in our garage. We are happy customers and plan to use them again in our other property. Thank you for a great service!
